These contract terms govern the use of Tourist Locations Premium and Platinum services. By accepting these terms, the user agrees to comply with all terms indicated herein.

2. Payments and Billing
- Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Billing: Payment is annual and charged automatically
- Renewal: Subscription renews automatically every year
- Currency: All prices are in Euros (€)
- VAT: Prices include VAT when applicable
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
- Cancellation effect: Service remains active until the end of the paid period
- Refunds: No refunds for periods already billed
- Downgrade: You can switch from Platinum to Premium at expiration
4. Service Usage
Content: The user is responsible for content published in their listings
Truthfulness: Information provided must be truthful and up-to-date
Compliance: Content must comply with applicable laws and not be offensive
Intellectual property: User guarantees to have rights to uploaded images
5. Liability Limitations
- Tourist Locations does not guarantee a specific number of views or bookings
- The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties
- We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions
- User uses the service at their own risk
6. Terms Modifications
Siti Web Italia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
